What we run

A whole department, without a single hire

This isn't a list of features you have to switch on and learn. It's the work we take over: the scheduling, the reminders, the follow-up, the reviews, the phone, the marketing, the invoices. You approve it once, then it's ours to run — and ours to keep on the latest business systems as they change.

The front desk

Every booking made, every call answered

Text-back is on every plan. Automatic texts start once the phone companies approve your business (usually 1 to 4 weeks). Live voice answering and the website assistant start at Growth (500 voice minutes on Growth, 2,000 on Scale — what happens if you go over).

Bookings land on the calendar we keep in sync with yours, and everyone gets a reminder before the day. Calls, texts and website messages get picked up around the clock in a natural, friendly voice: it answers the usual questions, works out what the person needs, and books the job or passes you the details in seconds.

  • Answers in English and Spanish
  • Books onto the calendar we keep in sync with yours
  • Reminders that cut down no-shows
  • Takes several calls at once — nobody waits on hold, within your plan’s voice minutes
  • Texts back every missed call automatically
  • Instagram and Facebook messages answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts — from Growth up
  • WhatsApp messages answered in that same inbox — from Growth up, with WhatsApp’s own fees inside your usage, at cost
  • Announces that it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded — so you have the record if a job is ever disputed

The follow-up

The part that always gets dropped

Smart follow-up is included from Growth up.

Most quotes get followed up once, if at all — usually because you were on a job. That is our observation, not research. We chase every new lead and every open quote on a schedule you approve, until you get a yes or a no.

  • Follows up the moment a lead comes in
  • Keeps going until there's an answer
  • Hands it to you the second they're ready

Reviews & reputation

Asked for after every finished job

Plenty of owners know reviews matter and still have no reliable way to get them. We ask at the right moment, every time, so your rating reflects the work you're actually doing.

  • Asks right after the job, while it's still fresh — the same ask for every customer
  • Everyone gets the same public review link, whatever they say — and if someone tells us they weren't happy, you hear about it the same day
  • Your listing kept accurate and sharp

Marketing & payments

Bring back the customers you already earned

Campaigns come in from Growth; invoicing and pay-by-text from Scale.

The easiest work you'll ever win is from someone who already hired you. We run the campaigns and reminders to your existing customers — and send the invoice with a pay-by-text link so you're not chasing money at 9pm.

  • Customers brought back when they're due — rebooking on their natural cycle, win-backs, day-after check-ins
  • Email and text campaigns to customers who've given written permission
  • Seasonal and slow-month campaigns, planned for you
  • Landing pages and ads from Scale
  • Invoices and pay-by-text so you get paid sooner

Hiring & team systems

The systems to grow your team

Hiring & team systems are included from Growth up.

The moment you're busy enough to hire, the hiring itself becomes the job you don't have time for. We run that part too — so bringing someone on is a pipeline you can watch, not a pile on your desk.

  • A hiring pipeline — applications, screening, tryouts, hired — with automatic follow-up (license check built in for licensed trades)
  • Your training, turned into a portal — quizzes and completion tracking, so nobody touches a customer until they've passed YOUR bar
  • Tryout scorecards — every candidate's results on record
  • Onboarding paperwork, signed electronically†
  • Simple inventory with low-stock alerts

†Paperwork collection & e-signature — not HR, payroll, or classification compliance. How you classify and pay your team is a question for an employment attorney or payroll service — and we'll say so.

Your app, your website, your report

Told to you in plain English

Included on every plan: the owner app, your website and the monthly report.

You don't get handed a dashboard to interpret. Day to day, the owner app on your phone shows what's booked and who wrote in; once a month you get a short, clear summary of what came in, what got booked, and what we changed — plus a real person to ask about it.

  • The owner app on your phone — bookings, messages and reviews in one place
  • Your website, built and kept current — one page on Starter, a full site from Growth, ad landing pages on Scale, a page per location on Total Transformation
  • What came in and what got booked
  • What we adjusted and why
  • Any issue logged the same day with a clear answer time

Questions

How this actually works

Will it sound like a real person?
It sounds friendly and professional, in English or Spanish, and it never pretends to be a person: it says it's an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, not only when someone asks. It follows what you've approved and never makes things up about your business.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It takes the details and passes them straight to you instead of guessing. The customer still feels looked after, and you get what you need to call them back.
Do I have to use all of it?
No. We’d start most owners with the front desk and the follow-up, then add more once it is working. You're picking how much of the department you want, not shopping a feature list.
What if it tells a customer something wrong?
It works from a script you approved and it refuses to quote prices or commit to anything outside it — anything else gets handed to you with the details. If it does get something wrong, every call and message is recorded or logged, so we can see exactly what happened. We correct it the same day, we call the customer back ourselves if you want us to, and if it booked a job it shouldn't have, we own that — you decide whether to honor it and we fix the script so it can't repeat.
What happens if it goes down?
Calls fall back to ringing your normal line, so the worst case is the situation you're in today — not a dead number. We monitor it and you get told if something breaks, rather than finding out from a customer.
Does it work with what I already use?
Generally yes — your calendar, your listing, the way you already schedule. We fit around your process instead of making you change it.

Why this matters

What the research says about answering & reputation

These aren't our numbers. They're what the research on inbound inquiry handling shows — with its limits named below.

23%of companies never responded to a web inquiry at all
42 hrsaverage first response among those who replied within 30 days
21×lower odds of qualifying a lead at 30 minutes vs. 5
97%of consumers read reviews for local businesses

See it running for your business

A 30-minute demo, mapped to where your time is actually going.

30 days from go-live, money-back on the monthly fee — taking it also ends the minimum term. The one-time setup is separate: paid up front, or in two payments — half at signing, half at go-live — and if we don’t deliver your approved blueprint, the second half is on us.

Or text (832) 396-2496 — a real person reads it and replies.
