Roofing, remodel & paintReady now

You already climbed the roof. Don’t let someone else walk off with the job.

Every roof you inspected stays on one board until it’s paid: your photos and each check-in written for you, your crews and your rain days, what each job still owes. After the hail, nobody goes unanswered. Remodel, paint and fences too: same system, your words.

What it's costing you

Where a roofer’s money really goes

You inspected the roof and sent the photos, and while she waited on her insurance, someone else showed up and took it.

The inspection, the photos and the estimate are already done. The money is lost in the quiet that follows, while two people at home decide.

The fix: The next day, a recap with your own photos goes out in her language, with an offer to walk both of them through it on a Saturday or an evening. The office gets a “call her today”. Then a check-in on the day she picks, until she says yes, no or “not now”. Every message talks about the roof, never the claim.
Estimates followed up · from Growth

The roof is on, and three weeks later the final payment is still out.

The office’s week goes to chasing what finished jobs still owe, from the kitchen table, in a notebook and a dozen WhatsApp chats.

The fix: The owner app keeps what every job owes on your own invoice: deposit received, final invoice sent, paid. The reminder, with the finished photos, is one tap from your own WhatsApp, only to customers who said yes to texts. Card payments by text start at Scale.

After the hail, the phone won’t stop, and you’re in the truck between roofs.

The calls come over days, often after door-knockers reach the street. The leak, the tarp and the tree through the roof go to whoever answers first.

The fix: Every call the office can’t reach gets a text back in seconds, sorted by the questions you give us: water coming in rings the office and gets the first tarp slot, a damage check gets an inspection time, a question gets answered, and everyone hears your honest wait. From Growth the overflow is answered out loud: 500 talk-minutes a month, and we tell you before you run out.
Missed calls · from Starter

They show up, take the money and vanish, and then people don’t trust a roofer who’s been here for years.

Honest local roofers get lumped in with the ones who vanish. Most homeowners hire on a recommendation, and they read the reviews first.

The fix: A review request after the final walk-through and the warranty papers, never the day the crew leaves. Your Google listing kept sharp, and a website with your address and your real roofs. And in every package, one tap opens your own WhatsApp with the update written: crew on the way, material tomorrow, rain moved the install.

Your office’s Monday, and the week after a hailstorm

A sample roofing company’s Monday, and the week after a hailstorm. It has its own switches (top right): Roofing or Remodel, paint & fences, Starter or Growth. Every package gets the board, the money record and one-tap WhatsApp from your own phone. Live voice, the written follow-ups and past-customer check-ins start at Growth; card payments start at Scale. The customers are made up.

Remodeling, paint, floors & fences

You measured, priced every tile and sent the bid. Then: silence.

Remodel and paint bids go quiet too. Flip the sample app above to “Remodel, paint & fences” (the switch at the top right) to see a company with a paint & fence crew and a remodel crew: bids, deposits, change orders, the punch list that holds the final payment, and the week after the wind.

  • Every bid followed up in your words on a schedule you approve, until they say yes, no or “not now” (Growth)
  • The deposit asked for in one tap from your own WhatsApp, and recorded when it comes in (every package)
  • Change orders sent with the scope, the price and the new total; the office marks the client’s yes on the job, with the date and time (owner app, every package)
  • The punch list holds the final invoice: no payment reminder until it’s done
  • After the wind: fence calls sorted; a dog that can get out or a pool left open rings the office, the rest booked by ZIP
  • Repaint, fence-stain and next-room check-ins to past clients who said yes to texts in writing (Growth)

Missed calls texted backStarter

After the hail, every call the office can’t reach gets a text back in seconds, sorted by your questions: water coming in rings the office, a damage check gets an inspection time.

A call you can’t pick up gets a text back within seconds — in English or Spanish — and the conversation carries on without you.

It fires on a missed call, a text, or a web message — inside a few seconds, before they have finished dialing the next company. If the conversation needs you, the whole thing lands on your phone as a text with their name, number and what they wanted.

Booking & remindersStarter

Inspections booked around your crews’ days, the walk-through with both of them on a Saturday, and the reminder the day before.

People book into the times you actually work, and everyone gets reminded before the day arrives.

It only ever offers times you are actually free, with the gap you set between appointments built in. It books into the calendar we set up and keep in sync with the one you use — and where your own software will not accept an outside booking, your team gets the booking to drop in instead, so nothing is ever double-booked. We confirm exactly how it connects with you before launch. Reminders go out before the day so people turn up.

Reviews asked forStarter

Asked after the final walk-through and the warranty papers, never the day the crew leaves. Asked of everyone.

The ask goes out at the moment people are happiest — right after the work is finished, not a week later. You never send one by hand, and you never have to ask a customer for a favor again.

The owner app on your phoneStarter

For you and one office person: every roof on one board to paid, with your photos and what each job still owes, builders’ lots by stage included (records; card payments are Scale). What only you can do sits on top, and one tap sends an update or a check-in from your own WhatsApp.

Every call, message, booking and review in one place on your phone — in every package.

One app on your phone that shows your day: who called, who booked, what is coming up, who needs a reminder and which reviews came in. We set it up and load it for you; you just open it. Higher levels light up more of it, but every package gets the app.

Your website, built and kept currentStarter

A website that books and answers for you — one page on Starter, a full site on Growth, plus ad landing pages on Scale and a page per location on Total.

We build it, host it and keep it current, so it never goes stale. Starter gets a clean one-page site; Growth gets the full site; Scale adds the landing pages your ads point to; Total Transformation adds a page for every location. It carries the same booking and answering as your phone, and it is yours.

Instagram & Facebook messages answeredGrowth

Messages on your Facebook page and Instagram land in the same inbox as your calls and texts, once Meta approves your business account.

DMs on Instagram and Facebook get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts — one conversation, wherever it started.

People ask real buying questions in DMs, and a DM that sits for a day is a customer somewhere else by dinner. From Growth up, those messages land in the same inbox as your calls and texts, get answered the same way, and get booked the same way.

WhatsApp messages answeredGrowth

Homeowners who WhatsApp you a photo of the leak get answered in the same inbox, once Meta approves your business account. Separate from this: one-tap sending from your own WhatsApp comes in every package.

Customers who message you on WhatsApp get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts.

Plenty of customers would rather send a WhatsApp than call. Those messages land in the same inbox as everything else and get answered the same way. WhatsApp charges small fees on some messages (replying to a customer who wrote to you first is free); any fee is part of your usage line, at cost, not a surprise. We answer the customers who write to you; we do not send WhatsApp marketing blasts.

Quotes chased until you get an answerGrowth

The next day, a recap with your own photos in her language and an offer to walk both of them through it; then check-ins on the days you approve, until yes, no or “not now”. Never a word about the claim.

Every quote and lead is followed up on a schedule until it’s a yes or a no — the part that always gets dropped.

Customers brought back when they’re dueGrowth

Roofs don’t come back every few months. A yearly check-in and one after each hail in their ZIP, only to past customers who said yes in writing.

Every business has a natural cycle — the next service, the next visit, the next season. This watches the calendar for you: the customer who is due gets the rebooking text, the one who went quiet gets the win-back, and the day-after check-in catches a problem while it is still small. Texts only go to customers who said yes to them, at the hours the law allows. None of it is written by you.

How it sounds to your customer: a friendly assistant that says it’s an AI assistant at the start, never pretending to be you or your office. It books inspections, sends your photos and your honest wait, and talks about the roof, never the claim. Water coming in, a tree through the roof or anyone hurt goes straight to whoever runs your office, with the address, and anyone hurt or near a downed power line hears “call 911 first”.

You don’t set any of this up. We do.

You don’t load your customers in. You don’t write the scripts, connect the calendar, wire up the reviews, or learn a single screen. We build the whole thing, load it, and run it — the only thing we need from you is one short conversation about how you actually work, and your approval before it answers a single customer.

You never touch the tech. We keep you on the latest business systems — most of them AI-driven now — and upgrade them as they change. If something needs changing, you tell us and we change it. That’s the entire job.

About those voice minutes: Growth includes 500 talk-minutes a month — roughly 250–300 calls. A heavy week can run past that. It never drops a caller: it falls back to text and your own line until you okay more minutes, and high-volume shops move up to Scale’s 2,000. We tell you before you hit it, never after.

For Roofing, remodel & paint

For the roofer who’s never in one place.

You’re in the truck all day: at a homeowner’s kitchen table, at the supply house, with your crews on other roofs. We text back every call the office can’t reach (out loud from Growth), write every estimate’s check-in (sent for you on your schedule from Growth), and bring you only what needs you. Set it up in winter, so the phone companies have approved your texting before the hail.

The Roofing, remodel & paint blueprint

What's actually inside it

Your blueprint is just the written plan for how your phone and texts get handled — what it says, what it books, when it follows up. You read it and approve it before anything turns on.

We don’t start from a blank page. This is the roofing plan we’ve already written: your questions for storm calls, your follow-up schedule, your stages to paid. We shape it to how you work, you approve it, then we run it.

  1. Your own questions for storm and inspection calls: water coming in rings the office, and it talks about the roof, never the claim
  2. Estimate follow-ups with your photos, in each customer’s language, that stop on “not now”
  3. Your board, your stages: inspected to paid, with what each job still owes
  4. One-tap updates from your own WhatsApp: crew on the way, material, rain, the final invoice
  5. After-hail and yearly check-ins, only to past customers who said yes in writing
  6. The review ask after the final walk-through, on every finished roof

This is the summary. Your full plan gets written with you, line by line, and you approve it before anything turns on. See how a full blueprint reads (our sample is for an HVAC shop) →

The question we always get

“I already paid for leads and got burned. Is this the same thing?”

No. We don’t sell leads, names or door-knocking. We answer and follow up the people who already call you: from your yard signs, your referrals, your Google listing and the neighbors of roofs you’ve done. Your customers are yours, and if you ever leave, they leave with you.

How it works

You approve it once. Then it just runs.

Questions

Roofing, remodel & paint, answered

Can it keep up after a big storm?
It texts back every call the office can’t reach, around the clock, on every package. From Growth it also answers out loud: 500 talk-minutes a month, about 250–300 calls. A hail week can pass that, so we tell you before you get there; past 500, calls fall back to text and your own line until you OK more, and a bigger block is priced in writing before it’s used. Scale has 2,000 minutes.
Does it follow up on my estimates?
From Growth, yes: the next day a recap with your own photos, then check-ins in your words on the days you approve. It stops the moment they answer, and when a homeowner says “not now” it waits for the day they pick. On Starter the board is yours and you send check-ins yourself, one tap from your WhatsApp.
Will it talk to my customers about their insurance claim?
No. Every message talks about the roof: the inspection, your photos, your estimate, your crew, your invoice. If a homeowner asks about insurance, it says the insurance side stays between them and their insurance company, offers your written estimate and photos to share with them, and lets you know.
I already have JobNimbus, AccuLynx or Roofr. Do I switch?
No. Your measurements, photo reports and estimates stay where they are. We bring in your customer list at setup and run the answering, the follow-up, the reviews and the one-tap updates around it. Whether your jobs can sync both ways depends on your software: we check it with you, we don’t promise it.
Someone in my family runs the office. Does this replace them?
No. They keep answering. This catches the calls the office can’t reach, writes the follow-ups nobody has time for, and keeps what each job still owes in one place. They get their own seat in the app (two people, every package, set up at install), and each thing that needs someone says who: you or the office.
Does anything work before my texting is approved?
The phone companies approve automatic texts, usually in 1 to 4 weeks. One thing doesn’t wait on that: in every package, one tap opens your own WhatsApp with the message written (your photos, crew on the way, the final invoice), and you send it from your own number. On Growth, the voice answering, booking and follow-up start on schedule and texting joins the day it’s approved.
When should I start?
In winter. The phone companies take usually 1 to 4 weeks to approve your texting, and setup takes about two hours of your time. Starting in December or January means it’s answering before the March hail, not after.
Some of my customers text in English, and I think in Spanish.
Each customer gets their messages in their own language. The app’s screens are in yours, and customers’ messages show as they wrote them. Spanish by text from Starter; from Growth, calls are answered out loud in English and Spanish by your AI assistant, which says so, tuned and tested with you on real calls before it answers anyone.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. The number on your truck, your signs and your cards stays yours: we forward it to the system or set up a new line alongside it, whichever you prefer. Your one-tap messages go out from your own WhatsApp, on your phone. If you ever leave, the number goes with you.
I don’t use any roofing software. Does that matter?
No. Your estimate stays the way you do it today (Word, paper, or a photo of it) and goes on the job; the follow-up uses it. Your photos come from your camera roll or a WhatsApp you forward. New jobs start by themselves when someone calls, texts or books, or the office adds one in a tap. If you keep a Google Calendar, we check at setup whether your jobs can show there too; we don’t promise it.
Do Angi, Houzz or Thumbtack leads get answered?
From Growth, when the lead site sends the lead to your email or phone: your assistant answers in minutes, asks for photos and timing, and books the walkthrough. We set it up with you and test it on a real lead before we call it live. We don’t sell leads; these are the ones you already pay for.
Everyone else says “no setup fee”. Why do you charge one?
Because we do the setup, not you. We load your notebook, your phone contacts and your past jobs, write your storm questions and your follow-ups in your words, and test it with you. It takes about two hours of your time; the rest is ours. The setup comes back to you as a system that already runs.
What about remodels, paint and fences?
Same system, your words: bids, walkthroughs, deposits, change orders, the punch list, and fences after the wind. Flip the sample app above to “Remodel, paint & fences” to see it.
You’re new — why should I trust you with my phone?
Fair question, and we’d rather say it plainly: we’re early, so we don’t have a wall of customer logos to show you. What we do have is a clear process, nothing going live until you approve it, money-back for 30 days after it starts answering (not from signing), the second half of your setup on us if we miss the plan you approved, and no long lock-in. Judge us on the demo.
