Salons, Barbers & Beauty StudiosWe build yours

A full book, and clients who keep coming back.

Your day in order, chair by chair: long services held with your own deposit rule, a reminder the day before, the barbershop’s walk-in line on your window, and each client told when she’s due back, only if she said yes to texts. From Growth, your WhatsApp and Instagram answered the way you would. For salons, barbershops and lash, brow and nail studios, in English and Spanish.

What it's costing you

The problems we fix first

I blocked my whole afternoon for her keratin and she didn’t even call.

Two or three hours of an empty chair you can’t sell that late.

The fix: Long services are held with your own deposit rule: the booking shows “deposit pending” until you mark the Zelle in. Everyone confirms or cancels the day before, and a cancelled time is offered to the clients who asked to hear first. The first yes takes the chair.
Book & reminders · from Starter

A quince is five people at 6 in the morning, and it’s all in my WhatsApp.

A date held without a deposit is a lost Saturday if the family changes its mind.

The fix: Every quince and wedding on its own card in your app: the date, how many people, the Mass time, the trial, who’s doing it and the deposit. Your deposit details go out with one tap from your own WhatsApp; you mark it in, and we never touch the money.
Owner app · from Starter

Haven’t seen my touch-up lady in two months.

She probably went to someone else, and nobody told her she was due.

The fix: You set each client’s cycle (the touch-up, the highlights, the keratin). When she’s due, her message is already written in your words: you send it with one tap from your WhatsApp, or from Growth it goes out by itself. One personal message a month at most, no coupons, and only if she said yes to texts.
Rebooking · from Growth

I close at 8 and answer WhatsApp till midnight.

The mom who writes about a quince on Sunday books with whoever answers first.

The fix: From Growth, your assistant answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook the way you would: your starting price from your own list, two open times and your deposit rule, and the booking lands in your book. In every package, calls and texts you can’t get to get a text back in seconds.
WhatsApp · from Growth

They look in, see every chair full, and leave.

Nobody counts them, and each one is a cut at the shop down the street.

The fix: A QR on your window and a live line on your website: he joins from his truck, for the barber he wants or anyone, and you tap “Next” between cuts. The “how long’s the wait?” text gets the line as it is right now. In every package.

Missed calls texted backStarter

Your hands are in color, or the clippers are. The call gets a text back in seconds, in English or Spanish, before they message another shop.

A call you can’t pick up gets a text back within seconds — in English or Spanish — and the conversation carries on without you.

It fires on a missed call, a text, or a web message, inside a few seconds, before they have finished dialing the next shop. If the conversation needs you, the whole thing lands on your phone as a text with their name, number and what they wanted.

Your book & remindersStarter

A two-hour color or a keratin is held with your deposit rule, reminded the day before, and confirmed or cancelled by text, so the chair doesn’t sit empty without warning.

People book into the times you actually work, and everyone gets reminded before the day arrives.

It only offers the times you and each stylist actually work, with long services blocked at their real length and your deposit rule in the reply. A cancellation opens the time on your booking page and offers it to the clients who asked to hear first: the first yes takes it. Rented chairs stay theirs. If you keep Booksy or Square, we tell you plainly how it connects before anything starts. Reminders go out by themselves once your texting is approved; until then each one is written and ready in your WhatsApp.

Reviews asked forStarter

Each client is asked once for a Google review, a couple of hours after her first visit, while the color still looks fresh.

One ask per client, a couple of hours after her first visit. Anyone who already left a review is never asked again, and the ask counts as her one personal message that month. What they write is up to them. Reviews on Booksy stay on Booksy; this one is for Google.

Its one-tap updates open your own WhatsApp with the message written, in every package. It’s for you and one more person, like whoever runs your front desk, each with their own view. Your website, built and kept currentStarter

Your page with your prices and your booking, and for barbershops the live walk-in line your window QR opens.

A website that books and answers for you — one page on Starter, a full site on Growth, plus ad landing pages on Scale and a page per location on Total.

We build it, host it and keep it current, so it never goes stale. Starter gets a clean one-page site; Growth gets the full site; Scale adds the landing pages your ads point to; Total Transformation adds a page for every location. It carries the same booking and answering as your phone, and it is yours.

On Saturday, with the clippers in your hand, the phone gets picked up out loud by your AI assistant, which says so.

Your phone gets picked up out loud, day or night, by your AI assistant, which says so. 500 talk-minutes a month, more at Scale.

A natural voice picks up, says it is an AI assistant so nobody is misled, answers what it knows, and books what it can. Anything it should not handle stops and comes straight to you as a text, so nobody gets a wrong answer about your business.

Instagram & Facebook messages answeredGrowth

The Instagram DM asking about a keratin lands in the same place as your WhatsApp and your calls.

DMs on Instagram and Facebook get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts — one conversation, wherever it started.

People ask real buying questions in DMs, and a DM that sits for a day is a customer somewhere else by dinner. From Growth up, those messages land in the same inbox as your calls and texts, get answered the same way, and get booked the same way.

WhatsApp messages answeredGrowth

The 11:40 pm WhatsApp asking about a keratin gets answered the way you would, with two open times.

Customers who message you on WhatsApp get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts.

Plenty of customers would rather send a WhatsApp than call. Those messages land in the same inbox as everything else and get answered the same way. WhatsApp charges small fees on some messages (replying to a customer who wrote to you first is free); any fee is part of your usage line, at cost, not a surprise. We answer the customers who write to you; we do not send WhatsApp marketing blasts.

Follow-up on price questionsGrowth

The mom who asked about quince prices and went quiet gets followed up on the dates you approve, until she says yes or no.

A quince, a wedding party or a color correction often asks the price and goes quiet. This follows up on the dates you approve, in your words, until it’s a yes or a no. Only people who wrote to you first.

Clients brought back when they’re dueGrowth

Your touch-up client gets one message in your words when she’s due: only clients who said yes to texts, no discount codes.

You set each client’s cycle: the touch-up, the highlights, the keratin. When she’s due, her message is written in your words and waits for your tap, or from Growth it goes out by itself. One personal message a month at most (a review ask counts), only to clients who said yes in writing, never at night, and never a discount on a “we miss you”. A “how did it turn out?” text only after a keratin or a big color change.

And this is your day, on your phone

This sample doesn’t change with the level above: switch between a salon, a lash & brow studio and a barbershop at its top, and, in the salon and the studio, between Starter and Growth. The barbershop shows Growth, with its Instagram items labelled. Booking, reminders, the short-notice list, the walk-in line, missed calls answered by text and one tap from your own WhatsApp come in every package. Your assistant answering WhatsApp and Instagram starts at Growth (once Meta approves); card deposits by text start at Scale. The clients are made up.

How it sounds to your client: like you on a good day. Short, warm, in English or Spanish, whichever she writes in. It says up front it’s your AI assistant and never pretends to be you or anyone on your team. Anything only you can answer comes straight to you with her name, number and what she wanted.

You don’t set any of this up. We do.

You don’t load your customers in. You don’t write the scripts, connect the calendar, wire up the reviews, or learn a single screen. We build the whole thing, load it, and run it — the only thing we need from you is one short conversation about how you actually work, and your approval before it answers a single customer.

You never touch the tech. We keep you on the latest business systems — most of them AI-driven now — and upgrade them as they change. If something needs changing, you tell us and we change it, and nothing new turns on without asking you first. That’s the entire job.

About those voice minutes: Growth includes 500 talk-minutes a month — roughly 250–300 calls. A heavy week can run past that. It never drops a caller: it falls back to text and your own line until you okay more minutes, and high-volume shops move up to Scale’s 2,000. We tell you before you hit it, never after.

For Salons, Barbers & Beauty Studios

What this looks like in your shop

Your book by chair, deposits you can see, reminders that keep the chair from sitting empty, the walk-in line for barbershops, and clients brought back on their own cycle (the touch-up, the fade, the lash fill), in your words. From Growth, your WhatsApp and Instagram answered too. In English and Spanish.

New to your field, not new to the work. HVAC, plumbing and roofing already run on this exact system. For Salons, Barbers & Beauty Studios we shape that same engine to how your field actually sounds — and you approve every word before it answers a single customer.

The Salons, Barbers & Beauty Studios blueprint

What's actually inside it

Your blueprint is the written plan for your book, your phone, your WhatsApp and your texts: what gets said, how long services are held, who gets reminded and when. You read it and approve it before anything turns on.

We’ve mapped how a salon’s, a barbershop’s and a beauty studio’s week runs, and this is the shape your setup takes. We build it around how you actually work, you approve it, then we run it for you. Your book, your walk-in line and your due-back list get built with you.

  1. Your book by chair, on your real hours: long services blocked at their real length and held with your deposit rule (you mark the Zelle in; we never touch the money), a reminder the day before, a short-notice list for cancellations and, for barbershops, the walk-in line with a window QR
  2. Replies in your own words for the questions you get all day: your starting prices from your own list, how long a service takes, your deposit rule, your hours. From Growth, on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook too
  3. Each client’s cycle (touch-up, highlights, keratin, the fade, the lash fill), set by you, with her message written in your words: one tap from your WhatsApp, or by itself from Growth. One personal message a month, at most, and never a discount
  4. Quinces and weddings on their own list: the date, the people, the start time, the trial, who’s doing it and the deposit
  5. One Google review request per client, after her first visit, never repeated; your website and your Google listing kept current: hours, services and photos

This is the summary. The full plan for your shop gets written with you, and you read every line before anything turns on.

The question we always get

“I already use Booksy (or GlossGenius)… and a paper book.”

Keep what works. From a few photos of your book, we move your appointments and clients in ourselves (you don’t type a thing), work alongside your booking app, and tell you plainly how it connects before anything starts. What we add: your day by chair with the deposits you can see, clients brought back in your own words, and, from Growth, your WhatsApp and Instagram answered in one place, in Spanish and English.

How it works

You approve it once. Then it just runs.

1

We learn your business

A short conversation about how you work, what you sell, and where things are slipping.

2

We set up your department

We start from your shop’s blueprint and shape it to you: your book and your deposit rule, the answering, who’s due back, the reviews.

3

You sign off, we run it

Nothing goes live until you've seen it and said yes. After that it's ours to run, watch, and keep current.

Why not just your booking app, or your own WhatsApp?

The two things salon, barbershop and studio owners compare us against are the booking app they already pay for and doing it all themselves on WhatsApp. Here’s the honest difference.

How a booking app, WhatsApp on your own phone and SANO Systems compare
WhatA booking appWhatsApp on your own phoneSANO Systems
Setting it up You build the menu and the settings yourself Nothing to set up, and nothing set up We build it around your salon and load your clients in
Messages at night A “Book” button; the DMs are still yours to answer You, at midnight From Growth, your assistant answers WhatsApp and Instagram in your words
The empty chair Reminders and deposits, if you set them up You find out at the hour of the appointment Reminders, your deposit rule, and a short-notice list
Clients due back A rebook prompt, in the app’s words Only if you remember Her message in your words, one a month at most

Keep your booking app if it works for you. We work alongside it, and we tell you plainly how before anything starts.

Questions

Salons, Barbers & Beauty Studios, answered

Will it answer my clients the way I would?
That’s the point. We write the replies with you, in your words, and nothing answers a client until you’ve approved how it sounds. It says it’s an AI assistant. Anything only you can answer (a client asking to move her time, a client who isn’t happy) comes straight to you; it never answers that for you.
My booking app already answers the phone. What’s different?
Keep it. Booking apps put a “Book” button on your Instagram, but your DMs and your WhatsApp are still yours to answer. We answer those in your words and in Spanish (from Growth), keep your Google listing current, bring clients back on their own cycle, and run all of it for you: we set it up with you, load your clients, and nothing new turns on without asking you first. And we never take a cut of any client, new or regular.
Do you take deposits for long services?
Not below Scale. Your assistant tells clients your deposit rule and your Zelle details in your words, the booking shows “deposit pending” until you mark it in, and we never touch the money. From Scale, deposits can be paid by card from a text.
Will it answer my personal WhatsApp?
No. From Growth, your assistant answers your business WhatsApp (the business account Meta approves), never your personal one; which number, we decide with you at setup. The one-tap updates in every package are you sending from your own phone.
I run a barbershop. Does it handle walk-ins?
Yes, in every package. A QR on your window opens a live line on your website: he joins for the barber he wants or anyone, sees the wait, and you tap “Next” between cuts. Your own late rule (say, 10 minutes) moves the next one up. The “almost your turn” text goes out by itself once your texting is approved.
I rent out chairs. Will it message my renters’ clients?
No. Their clients, their lists and their permissions are theirs. On our call we mark which chairs are yours and which are rented: it books and answers only for yours, and your renters’ clients get no reminders, review asks or messages from you. If a renter wants this for her own clients, she sets it up under her own business.
Does anything work before my texting is approved?
Yes. Your app, your book and your booking page work from the day it starts, and one tap opens your own WhatsApp with the message already written, so you send it from your own number. Automatic texts start once the phone companies approve your business, usually 1 to 4 weeks.
Will you text my clients without asking?
Never. Reminders go to clients with an appointment. Anything else (her “you’re due” message, a review ask, an announcement) goes only to clients who said yes in writing, one personal message a month at most, never at night, and never a discount on a “we miss you”.
Nobody’s running this in a salon yet. Am I the experiment?
Straight answer: you'd be among the first in your field, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Here's what protects you. You approve a written plan before we build anything — that document is what we're held to. You can pay the setup in full or in two payments (half to begin, half when it starts answering), and if we miss the plan, the second half is on us. The money-back guarantee runs 30 days from when it starts answering, not from signing, so a longer build never eats it. And the ones we've already built share most of the machinery — what changes is the wording and the timing, not the engine.
