RestaurantsWe build yours

Your regulars order ahead from your own page. No line, no app cut.

Customers order ahead on your own page and pay at pickup, like today; we never touch the money. Every call you miss gets your order link by text, every taquiza lands on one list, and your truck’s spot stays current.

What it's costing you

The problems we fix first

At 12:30 everybody shows up at once.

The driver who sees the line keeps driving, and at 12:30 the kitchen can’t keep up.

The fix: Customers order ahead on your own page, pick a pickup time and pay at pickup. You see the orders grouped by pickup time, decide how many tacos fit in each 15 minutes, and pause with one tap.

The phone rings while I’m on the grill.

Every missed call is a lost order, and every answered one takes a pair of hands off the line.

The fix: Every missed call and text gets a text back in seconds with your order link, so the order comes in written down instead of shouted over the grill.
Missed calls · from Starter

Taquizas and tamale orders on a scrap of paper.

One forgotten taquiza loses the order, and the family that ordered it.

The fix: A big-order form on your page (date, headcount, salsas) feeds one list with the next step and a reminder, plus a December tamale list with pickup times. Nothing depends on someone scrolling back through a chat to find it. From Growth, a big order that goes quiet gets followed up until it’s a yes or a no.

Where’s the truck today?

A customer who drives to yesterday’s spot leaves a one-star review and doesn’t come back.

The fix: Today’s spot and the week’s schedule at the top of your page, changed with one tap; your Google listing keeps your hours right. Each truck counts as its own location.

Google said we were open.

Someone who drives over and finds the door locked doesn’t drive over again.

The fix: Text us a closure or new hours and we change your Google listing and your page; holiday hours go up before the holiday.

Missed calls texted backStarter

The phone rings in the middle of the lunch rush. The caller gets a text back in seconds, in English or Spanish, with the menu or a way to leave a pickup order.

A call you can’t pick up gets a text back within seconds — in English or Spanish — and the conversation carries on without you.

It fires on a missed call, a text, or a web message — inside a few seconds, before they drive on to the next taquería. If the conversation needs you, the whole thing lands on your phone as a text with their name, number and what they wanted.

Pickup times & remindersStarter

Catering pickups, deliveries and big orders land on your calendar with the date, the headcount and the order.

Customers pick a pickup time that still has room, and big orders land on their date with a reminder before the day.

Customers only see pickup times that still have room under the limit you set, and taquizas, quinceañeras and tamale orders land on their date with the headcount and a reminder the day before. Nothing gets promised twice.

Reviews asked forStarter

Customers who ordered by phone, WhatsApp or for an event get the Google review ask; walk-ins get a QR code at the counter.

Once per customer, after a phone, WhatsApp or big order, the customer gets a short text asking for a Google review; walk-ins scan a QR code at the counter or the truck window.

The ask goes out once per customer, at the right moment: after their first phone or WhatsApp order, or after a taquiza. Your regulars never get it twice, and walk-ins scan the QR at the counter or the truck window.

Order-ahead on your own page: customers pick a pickup time and pay at pickup. Your menu changes when you text us a photo or a new price, and trucks show today’s spot.

A website that takes orders and answers for you — one page on Starter, a full site on Growth, plus ad landing pages on Scale and a page per location (or per truck) on Total.

We build it, host it and keep it current, so your menu and hours never go stale. Starter gets a clean one-page site with ordering ahead; Growth gets the full site; Scale adds the landing pages your ads point to; Total Transformation adds a page for every location. Live voice answeringGrowth

The call about Saturday’s catering gets picked up out loud, even with the line out the door.

Your phone gets picked up out loud, day or night, by your AI assistant, which says so. 500 talk-minutes a month, more at Scale.

A natural voice picks up, says it is an AI assistant so nobody is misled, answers the menu, hours and catering questions, and texts the caller your order link so the order comes in written down. Anything it should not handle comes straight to you as a text.

Instagram & Facebook messages answeredGrowth

The Instagram or Facebook message asking “do you do catering?” gets answered in the same inbox as your calls.

DMs on Instagram and Facebook get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts — one conversation, wherever it started.

People ask real questions in DMs: “do you cater?”, “are you open Sunday?”. A DM that sits for a day is a customer somewhere else by dinner. From Growth up, those messages land in the same inbox as your calls and texts and get answered the same way, with your order link.

WhatsApp messages answeredGrowth

The WhatsApp asking “are you open?” or “can I order 3 dozen for Saturday?” gets answered in the same inbox as your calls.

Customers who message you on WhatsApp get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts.

Plenty of customers would rather send a WhatsApp than call. Those messages land in the same inbox as everything else and get answered the same way. WhatsApp charges small fees on some messages (replying to a customer who wrote to you first is free); any fee is part of your usage line, at cost, not a surprise. We answer the customers who write to you; we do not send WhatsApp marketing blasts.

An assistant on your websiteGrowth

Someone on your order page at 11:50 asks “is the green salsa spicy?” or “anything vegetarian?” and gets an answer without calling you.

People check your menu before they come. Questions about the salsa, the vegetarian options or whether you cater get answered right on your page, with your order link, instead of a call at 12:30.

Big orders followed up until you get an answerGrowth

The quinceañera taquiza that went quiet gets followed up until you get a yes or a no.

Every big order and catering request is followed up on a schedule until it’s a yes or a no — the part that always gets dropped.

Big orders go quiet: the office that asked about a taquiza, the family planning a quinceañera. This follows up on a schedule you approve until you get a yes or a no, and then it stops.

Regulars brought back when they’re dueGrowth

The office that orders lunch every month, and said yes to texts, gets a reminder before they call someone else.

Regulars brought back on their own cycle: the monthly office order, the December tamales, the weekend menudo — before they drift.

The office that orders every month, the family that orders tamales every December: the regular who is due gets one message in your words before they call someone else. Texts only go to customers who said yes to them, at the hours the law allows.

Help-wanted applications land in one place, and good cooks and cashiers hear back before someone else hires them.

Applications, screening, tryouts, hired — with automatic follow-up, so a good candidate is never lost to silence.

Your training, turned into a portalGrowth

A new cashier learns the menu, the salsas and the order board before her first lunch rush, and you can see she passed.

We take how you already train people and turn it into short lessons and quizzes: the menu, the salsas, the order board, the register. You can see who has passed, and nobody works the register or the grill until they have passed your bar.

Tryout scorecardsGrowth

Onboarding paperwork, signed electronicallyGrowth

The paperwork goes out, gets signed from a phone, and files itself.

The paperwork goes out the moment you say “hired,” gets signed from a phone, and files itself. To be clear about the boundary: this is paperwork collection and e-signature — not HR, payroll, or classification compliance. And this is where you watch it happen

This sample doesn’t change with the level above: it shows a full day. Starter answers by text; WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook answering start at Growth. Tap around: the customers are made up.

How it sounds to your customer: like your counter on a good day. Short, warm, in English or Spanish, whichever they write in. It says up front it’s the taquería’s AI assistant and never pretends to be you. Anyone who wants a person gets one: you get a text with their name, number and what they wanted, to call back after the rush.

You don’t set any of this up. We do.

You don’t load your customers in. You don’t write the scripts, connect the calendar, wire up the reviews, or learn a single screen. We build the whole thing, load it, and run it — the only thing we need from you is one short conversation about how you actually work, and your approval before it answers a single customer.

You never touch the tech. We keep you on the latest business systems — most of them AI-driven now — and upgrade them as they change. If something needs changing, you tell us and we change it. That’s the entire job.

About those voice minutes: Growth includes 500 talk-minutes a month — roughly 250–300 calls. A heavy week can run past that. It never drops a caller: it falls back to text and your own line until you okay more minutes, and high-volume shops move up to Scale’s 2,000. We tell you before you hit it, never after.

For Restaurants

What this looks like in your business

Order-ahead on your own website, calls answered by text during the lunch rush (and WhatsApp from Growth), every taquiza on one list, and your menu and today’s truck spot kept current. You stay in the kitchen; we handle the rest.

New to restaurants, and we say so. The answering, the follow-up and the review asks are the same systems we build for every business. Your order page and your big-order list are built for you at setup, and you approve every word and every screen before a customer sees them.

The Restaurants blueprint

What's actually inside it

Your blueprint is the written plan for your order page, your phone and your texts: what the page offers, what gets said, what lands on your list and when it follows up. You read it and approve it before anything turns on.

We’ve mapped how a taquería’s day runs, and this is the shape your setup takes. We build it around how you actually work, you approve it, then we run it for you. Your order page and your big-order list get built with you.

  1. Order-ahead on your page: your menu, a pickup time, pay at pickup and “your order is ready”, with a cap on how many tacos fit in each 15 minutes and a pause button
  2. Big-order intake: the date, the headcount, the meats and salsas, pickup or delivery, and a confirmation the day before; from Growth, a big order that goes quiet gets followed up until it’s a yes or a no
  3. Your online menu, changed by us when you text a photo or a new price, plus your seasonal specials (Lent, December tamales) when you want them
  4. For trucks: today’s spot and hours on your page, picked from your usual spots; each truck counts as its own location
  5. One review request per customer, after a catering job or a phone or WhatsApp order, plus a QR code at the counter or the truck window

This is the summary. The full plan for your restaurant gets written with you, and you read every line before anything turns on.

The question we always get

“I already have Square (or Toast or Clover), and DoorDash.”

Keep them. We don’t replace your register or your delivery apps, and orders from your page don’t print in the kitchen: they show up on a phone or tablet at the window, sorted by pickup time, and whoever runs the window taps “Ready”. When the customer comes in, your cashier rings it up on Square like any walk-in. We take care of what the apps don’t: ordering ahead without a commission, the big orders, the calls and messages, your menu online, your Google listing and your reviews.

How it works

You approve it once. Then it just runs.

1

We learn your business

A short conversation about how you work, what you sell, and where things are slipping.

2

We set up your department

We start from your restaurant’s blueprint and shape it to you: the order page and your menu, the answering, the big-order list, the reviews.

3

You sign off, we run it

Nothing goes live until you've seen it and said yes. After that it's ours to run, watch, and keep current.

Why not just the apps, or your own WhatsApp?

The two things restaurant owners compare us against are the delivery apps and doing it themselves on WhatsApp. Here’s the honest difference.

How the delivery apps, WhatsApp on your own phone and SANO Systems compare
WhatA delivery appWhatsApp on your own phoneSANO Systems
A cut of each order Yes, on every order None, but every order is a chat you type by hand None. Customers pay at the window
The lunch-rush line Not what they’re for; they bring delivery Orders pile up in chats while you’re on the grill Orders come in by pickup time, under your taco limit
Missed calls Not their job You call back when you can Texted back in seconds with your order link
Taquizas and tamales Not what they’re for Lost up the chat One list with the date, the headcount and a reminder
Who keeps the customer Mostly the app You, but only in your phone You, with their yes to texts on file

Keep the apps if they bring you delivery. We don’t deliver, and we don’t replace them.

Questions

Restaurants, answered

Do you take the payment for orders from my page?
No. Customers pay at the window when they pick up, like today. We never touch the money, and there is no commission per order. Your register and your delivery apps keep doing what they do.
Does it connect to Square or Clover, or print in my kitchen?
Not today. Orders from your page show up on a phone or tablet at the window, sorted by pickup time, and whoever runs the window taps “Ready”, which lets the customer know it’s ready. Your cashier rings it up on Square like any walk-in, so nothing changes in your register.
Will it take orders over the phone?
On Starter, a call you can’t get to gets a text back with your order link, so the order comes in written down instead of shouted over the grill. From Growth, a live voice picks up (your AI assistant, which says so), answers the menu and hours questions, and sends the same link.
What if someone orders and never comes?
It can happen, and it’s why pickup orders are paid at the window. You set the rules: say, a call to confirm a big first order from a new number, or no more ordering ahead for someone who didn’t show up twice. Walk-in and phone orders never count against your taco limit.
Can I take a deposit on a taquiza?
Yes, the way you do today, in cash or by Zelle, and the big order in your app shows whether it’s paid. We never touch that money.
Will you text my customers without asking?
Never. Promotions only go to customers who said yes in writing, and only at the hours the law allows. Nobody gets a text from you out of nowhere. The order page has its own yes-to-texts box, left unticked.
Nobody’s running this in a restaurant yet. Am I the experiment?
Straight answer: you’d be among the first restaurants, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Here’s what protects you. You approve a written plan before we build anything — that document is what we’re held to. You can pay the setup in full or in two payments (half to begin, half when it starts answering), and if we miss the plan, the second half is on us. The money-back guarantee runs 30 days from when it starts answering, not from signing, so a longer build never eats it. And the answering, follow-up and reviews are the same systems every business gets; the order page and the big-order list are built for you, and you test them yourself before a single customer sees them.
