They ask “how much?” ten times a day. Your assistant answers in a minute, with your prices.

The price shopper gets your number in writing (your range for a standard install, or your visit fee when it needs a look) before the next shop picks up. The 2 a.m. leak gets your shut-off steps first, and only a real emergency wakes you. Then you set the time.

What it's costing you

Where a plumber’s day really goes

They call to ask what you charge, and go with whoever answered first.

Houston customers call two, three, four plumbers and compare. The one who answers fast, with a clear number in writing, gets the job.

The fix: Your assistant answers “how much?” in seconds with your numbers only. A standard install gets your range after two questions (gas or electric, garage or attic), if you turn ranges on. A leak or a slab gets your visit fee and what it covers, never a repair price. Two open times either way.
Calls & texts answered · from Starter

At 2 a.m. you don’t know if it’s a burst water heater or a dripping faucet until you pick up.

You answer every night call, because the shop that answers is the one that shows up. So the drip wakes you just like the flood.

The fix: The first reply is your own safety steps, approved by you: gas means leave and call; water near the panel or a light means stay out. Then how to shut the water off (the valve on the heater, or the street main if it’s in the attic or the valve sticks), and the address and a photo of the label. Water that won’t stop, no water, or sewage coming up rings your on-call phone once the caller says yes to your after-hours fee; you set the time. The drip gets your first morning slot. When in doubt, it rings you.
Calls & texts answered · from Starter

You priced the water heater and never heard back.

Water heaters, tankless, repipes and slab leaks are the big tickets, and they come with sticker shock. A slab-leak quote can sit for weeks while the homeowner waits on the insurance adjuster.

The fix: Your quote goes out with the photo, then a few check-ins in your words on day 2, 5 and 10. They stop the moment the customer answers. A slab quote waits while the adjuster decides. The app shows every open quote, and why each lost one was lost.
Quote follow-up · from Growth

When it freezes, a hundred calls come in a day.

Houston has had a freeze week most winters lately, and the bottleneck is hands and parts, not the phone. No system makes more plumbers.

The fix: Before a forecast freeze, the customers who said yes to texts get your “cover the outside faucets, know your shut-off” note in one tap. During the week, every caller gets the shut-off steps and a spot on a waiting list (built to order), and hears from you when you set the time. Texting approval takes usually 1 to 4 weeks, so the time to start is before the first freeze.

Missed calls texted backStarter

The “how much?” text and the 2 a.m. leak both get an answer in seconds: your price in writing, or your safety steps first and then it rings you.

A call you can’t pick up gets a text back within seconds — in English or Spanish — and the conversation carries on without you.

It fires on a missed call, a text, or a web message — inside a few seconds, before they have finished dialing the next company. If the conversation needs you, the whole thing lands on your phone as a text with their name, number and what they wanted.

Booking & remindersStarter

Non-urgent calls land in the times you opened, like tomorrow at 9. An emergency never gets a time from us: it rings you, and you set it.

People book into the times you actually work, and everyone gets reminded before the day arrives.

It only ever offers times you are actually free, with the gap you set between appointments built in. It books into the calendar we set up and keep in sync with the one you use — and where your own software will not accept an outside booking, your team gets the booking to drop in instead, so nothing is ever double-booked. We confirm exactly how it connects with you before launch. Reminders go out before the day so people turn up.

Reviews asked forStarter

One ask, the day after a finished job, at a decent hour. Never after a 2 a.m. flood, never to a tenant or a builder.

The ask goes out at the moment people are happiest — right after the work is finished, not a week later. You never send one by hand, and you never have to ask a customer for a favor again.

Last night sorted (what woke you, what waited), today by truck, what only you can do, and every open quote with its status.

Every call, message, booking and review in one place on your phone — in every package.

One app on your phone that shows your day: who called, who booked, what is coming up, who needs a reminder and which reviews came in. We set it up and load it for you; you just open it. Higher levels light up more of it, but every package gets the app.

Your website, built and kept currentStarter

A website that books and answers for you — one page on Starter, a full site on Growth, plus ad landing pages on Scale and a page per location on Total.

We build it, host it and keep it current, so it never goes stale. Starter gets a clean one-page site; Growth gets the full site; Scale adds the landing pages your ads point to; Total Transformation adds a page for every location. It carries the same booking and answering as your phone, and it is yours.

Live voice answeringGrowth

The 2 a.m. call gets answered out loud by your assistant, which says so: the shut-off steps, the address, then it rings your on-call phone. You set the time.

Your phone gets picked up out loud, day or night, by your AI assistant, which says so. 500 talk-minutes a month, more at Scale.

A natural voice picks up, says it is an AI assistant so nobody is misled, answers what it knows, and books what it can. Anything it should not handle stops and comes straight to you as a text, so nobody gets a wrong answer about your business.

Instagram & Facebook messages answeredGrowth

Messages on your Facebook page and Instagram land in the same inbox as your calls and texts, once Meta approves your business account.

DMs on Instagram and Facebook get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts — one conversation, wherever it started.

People ask real buying questions in DMs, and a DM that sits for a day is a customer somewhere else by dinner. From Growth up, those messages land in the same inbox as your calls and texts, get answered the same way, and get booked the same way.

WhatsApp messages answeredGrowth

Customers who WhatsApp you a photo of the leak get answered in the same inbox, once Meta approves your business account. Separate from this: one-tap sending from your own WhatsApp comes in every package.

Customers who message you on WhatsApp get answered in the same inbox as your calls and texts.

Plenty of customers would rather send a WhatsApp than call. Those messages land in the same inbox as everything else and get answered the same way. WhatsApp charges small fees on some messages (replying to a customer who wrote to you first is free); any fee is part of your usage line, at cost, not a surprise. We answer the customers who write to you; we do not send WhatsApp marketing blasts.

An assistant on your websiteGrowth

The shopper comparing three plumbers on a phone at 9 p.m. gets your visit fee and your open times on your page, before calling the next one.

The people comparing you to two other companies get their questions answered on the spot instead of leaving.

Most people compare two or three companies before they call anyone. This answers them while they are still on your page, then books them, instead of letting them click back to the search results.

Quotes chased until you get an answerGrowth

Water heaters, tankless, repipes, slab leaks: your quote goes out with the photo, then check-ins in your words on day 2, 5 and 10. A slab quote waits while the adjuster decides.

Every quote and lead is followed up on a schedule until it’s a yes or a no — the part that always gets dropped.

Quotes go quiet — that is normal, and it is where most of the money leaks out. This follows up on a schedule you approve until you get a yes or a no, so nothing dies from silence.

Customers brought back when they’re dueGrowth

Homeowners mostly call once. The repeat work is landlords and property managers, plus the yearly water-heater flush. Those get the reminder, only if they said yes to texts. Builders’ lots live on their own list.

Every business has a natural cycle — the next service, the next visit, the next season. This watches the calendar for you: the customer who is due gets the rebooking text, the one who went quiet gets the win-back, and the day-after check-in catches a problem while it is still small. Texts only go to customers who said yes to them, at the hours the law allows. None of it is written by you.

Your morning after a 2 a.m. call

A sample shop’s morning after a 2 a.m. call. It doesn’t follow the level above; it has its own switches: 1 truck or 2, and Starter or Growth. Starter answers by text; live voice and quote check-ins start at Growth; sending from your own WhatsApp comes in every package. The customers are made up; tap the copper buttons.

How it sounds to your customer: a friendly assistant that says it’s an AI assistant at the start, never pretending to be you. It sends your safety steps, your fee and your open times. It never quotes a repair price: that question gets your visit fee and a time. A gas smell or water near the panel gets your “leave and call” line first, and it rings you with the name, number and address.

You don’t set any of this up. We do.

You don’t load your customers in. You don’t write the scripts, connect the calendar, wire up the reviews, or learn a single screen. We build the whole thing, load it, and run it — the only thing we need from you is one short conversation about how you actually work, and your approval before it answers a single customer.

You never touch the tech. We keep you on the latest business systems — most of them AI-driven now — and upgrade them as they change. If something needs changing, you tell us and we change it. That’s the entire job.

About those voice minutes: Growth includes 500 talk-minutes a month — roughly 250–300 calls. A heavy week can run past that. It never drops a caller: it falls back to text and your own line until you okay more minutes, and high-volume shops move up to Scale’s 2,000. We tell you before you hit it, never after.

For Plumbing

The flood wakes you. The drip waits for morning.

You’re in a hot attic swapping a water heater, both hands full. Someone with a leak is calling down the list. Your assistant answers in seconds and walks them to the shut-off. If it’s an emergency, it rings you with the address and a photo, and you decide when you get there.

The Plumbing blueprint

What's actually inside it

Your blueprint is just the written plan for how your phone and texts get handled — what it says, what it books, when it follows up. You read it and approve it before anything turns on.

We don’t start from a blank page. This is the plumbing plan we’ve already written: your safety steps first, then your price sheet and your night rules. We shape it to how you work, you approve it, then we run it.

  1. Your safety steps first, approved by you: gas means leave and call, water near power means stay out, then the shut-off (the heater valve, or the street main)
  2. Your night rules: what rings your on-call phone, what waits for morning, and “when in doubt, it rings you”
  3. Your price sheet: your visit fee, and your ranges for standard installs only if you turn them on. Never a leak or a slab by text
  4. Quote check-ins in your words on day 2, 5 and 10, paused while an insurance adjuster decides
  5. One review ask the day after a finished job, never after a 2 a.m. flood and never to a tenant or a builder

This is the summary. Your full plan gets written with you, line by line, starting with your safety steps. See how a full blueprint reads (our sample is for an HVAC shop) →

The question we always get

“I already answer my own phone at 2 a.m.”

Keep answering. Now only the flood wakes you: the drip gets tomorrow’s first slot, and the “how much?” gets your number in writing while you’re under a sink. Whoever answers your phone by day keeps answering it; this catches the calls nobody can reach.

How it works

You approve it once. Then it just runs.

1

We learn your business

A short conversation: your visit fee and your after-hours fee, which calls should wake you, and which quotes keep going quiet.

2

We set up your department

We start from the plumbing plan and write it in your words: the safety steps you approve, your price sheet (ranges only if you turn them on), your on-call phone and your quote check-ins.

3

You sign off, we run it

Questions

Plumbing, answered

In an emergency, who decides when I get there?
You do. Your assistant gives the caller your shut-off steps, gets the address and a photo, and rings your on-call phone. It never gives an emergency a time; you set it, and one tap sends it from your own WhatsApp.
Will it quote my prices?
Only the numbers you give us: your visit fee and what it covers, and your range for standard installs like a 40-gallon water heater if you turn ranges on. It asks gas or electric, garage or attic first. A leak, a slab or anything you have to see gets your visit fee and two times, never a repair price.
I already run Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber. Do I switch?
No. That stays your dispatch board. We sit in front of it: we answer, sort the night calls and follow up the quotes, and the job lands where your office already works. We confirm exactly how it connects before launch.
Someone already answers my phone by day. Does this replace that person?
No. Whoever answers today keeps answering. Your assistant only catches the calls nobody can reach (when the office is on the other line, at lunch) and the ones after hours, and every one of them lands on your list in the app.
Most of my work is new construction for builders. Anything for that?
Yes. The app keeps each builder’s lots by stage (underground, rough-in, top-out, final) with the inspections and their photos, and when a builder moves the schedule, one tap tells your crew from your own WhatsApp. The answering is for your service calls.
Will customers know it is not me?
Yes. It answers as your shop’s assistant and says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call and every new text conversation. Anything it shouldn’t answer comes straight to you.
When does texting start?
The phone companies approve your business first, under your legal name: usually 1 to 4 weeks. On Starter we don’t call it live until then, and your monthly starts at go-live. One thing doesn’t wait: the app’s one-tap updates open your own WhatsApp with the message written, and you send it from your own number.
My customers speak Spanish. Does it?
By text, in English and Spanish, from Starter. Live voice in Spanish comes with Growth and is still being tuned; until it is, a Spanish caller it can’t understand gets passed to you, not lost.
Do I have to change the number on my trucks?
No. Your number stays yours. We forward it to the system or set up a new line beside it, whichever you prefer, and if you ever leave, the number goes with you.
Can it answer while I am on a job?
That is when it works hardest. On Starter it texts back within seconds. From Growth up it picks up the phone live. Either way, a real emergency still reaches you.
You’re new — why should I trust you with my phone?
Fair question, and we’d rather say it plainly: we’re early, so we don’t have a wall of customer logos to show you. What we do have is a clear process, nothing going live until you approve it, money-back for 30 days after it starts answering (not from signing), the second half of your setup on us if we miss the plan you approved, and no long lock-in. Judge us on the demo.
